They are scammers!! I paid 30 CAD dollars for a small chicken bowl that I had to pay an extra 5 dollars for toppings!! I was starving and wanted a nice Spanish spot and left fuming at the price!! Don’t go here!! FIX YOUR PRICES

Food poisoning and complete tip scam. I had to vomit during my 10h flight after eating at this restaurant. Also, the waiter added things to the bill we didn't consume. Avoid this place at all costs, there are other places to grab some food after ecurity check.

Bowl was ok, prices are high and I waited for 15 minutes for my torta for them to tell me they forgot to add it to my order.

Awful service and the most tasteless veggie burrito I've ever had! Don't eat here, waste of money! Left half my meal. Also my food was pretty much cold and she made my burrito then had to wait 5 mins of the veggies. Which were luke warm and watery anyways...

Do not eat here! The food was not kept at the proper temperatures for food safety (not cold enough at 41 degrees or not hot enough for hot food holding 145 degrees for cooked food). My fiancée and I both got food poisoning from here immediately when our flight landed after having no issues during our trip.

Because of places like these we leave reviews . Prices are UNREAL. You will not even pay this type of money in the USA , South America Europe and so on FOR AIRPORT FOOD. Besides the price , the food is actually good . I mean it’s not chipotle but it’s good . The service is incredibly rude . WOW. Usually everywhere people are friendly just not at Guacamole Grill inside this airport lol. As we paid 38$ for our two bowls ….. and signed our bill . My husband was very rudely asked if he will not leave any tip . The guy didn’t know we WOULD HAVE put some in the tip jar . This is not a sit down restaurant so there is no obligation as to tipping or not . I mean you tip for GOOD service . And just a nice little reminder : NO MEXICAN will leave a tip …. Not even Europeans . So this is solely because of people from the United States . YOU'RE WELCOME

DO NOT EAT HERE.Horrible place. I am not Mexican. I love Mexican food. I eat at Chipotle. I am ok with it. I am at Cancun Airport. They can't get this wrong. The worst Burrito bowl I ever had. Tasteless chicken. Veggie mix is extra, only 2 toppings allowed. So what do you give? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. OTHERWISE IT WILL COST YOU A LOT. ALMOST $12 FOR A BURRITO.

If you eat a burrito at Guacamole, the actual guacamole is extra. This is actually kind of a hilarious marketing fail. Maybe rename your fast food chain? Of course service is slow, food is expensive and bland, the typical airport ripoff I guess.
