Guy Fieri (Guy Ramsay Fieri) nació el 22 de enero de 1968 en Columbus, Ohio, Estados Unidos. Vivió en California durante su infancia y a los 10 años abrió su primer negocio de comida, “Awesome Pretzel“ para ahorrar y poder ir a estudiar un año de intercambio.
En 1996, Guy Fieri abre su primer restaurante llamado Johnny Garlic’s, en la ciudad de Santa Rosa, California, junto con su socio Steve Gruber. Unos años después, y ya con varios restaurantes por todo el estado, abre en el 2012 su primer restaurante con su marca “Guy’s American Kitchen + Bar“ en la ciudad de Nueva York. En 2014, abre otro con esta marca, en Las Vegas, y, un año después, tiene su primer restaurante fuera de Estados Unidos, en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún de la mano de MERA Corporation.
MERA y Guy Fieri han trabajado juntos desde entonces. En diciembre 2015 se abre el restaurante en terminal 3 del aeropuerto de Cancún. En noviembre del 2017, se abrió la marca Flavortown en la nueva terminal del Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, en donde se ofrecen 3 conceptos diferentes de Guy: hamburguesas, sándwiches y pizzas bajo un mismo techo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food, a club sandwich and fries took longer than expected. The sandwich had something in it, something that almost chipped my teeth. The fries, I don't know how you mess up fries, but they were cold and I believe cooked in a strange oil. They smelled odd and tasted bad. For 179MXN, I think they must do better.

French fries came swimming in oil../ also had hair on them.
Guacamole was good, but with only about 5 tortilla chips ... also swimming in grease or oil .
Ordered regular coke, and they brought Diet Coke , and said it was all they had...
Don’t bother with this place ... go to aero market across the hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience in the restaurant. I asked for Mexican hamburger and the presentation and flavor were good. Unfortunately, when I started eating the hamburger I saw that a cockroach was walking on the coffee machine of the bar sadly I was in front of the coffe machine and I could not continue eating the hamburger. I let know the bar waitress that I refused the food for what I had seen and it is obvious that there is a lack of cleaning and attention on this restaurant.
I asked for the bill and they charged me for the whole meal and drinks. I was expencting the hamburguer to be removed from the bill or at least an apology from the supervisor but they ignore the incident as if nothing had happened. I frequently arrive and depart from this airport but I would never eat any food at this restaurant again.
I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the spicy chicken wings as an appetizer which where pretty good. As an entree I had the steak and enchilada de mole. It was filling but the rice tasted a little burnt. The mango habanero sauce was spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. And the restaurant was empty. It took then like 30 minutes to get my order. Once my food arrived, I asked for a TEA they never gave me sugar or anything. I asked for my bill. It took them like 20 minutes to charge me. This is the first I don’t tip a server. The food was ok. And it’s cheap. But this is the worse service I ever had
