Terrible attention, the facilities are not very clean, with this from the pandemic, they do COVID tests and access is the same as all kidney patients, they do not sanitize after performing the test. They do not have professionalism, and be careful that you claim or ask for something, because at the next hemodialysis appointment, they no longer let you pass because the attitude you showed to your patient did not like them. And they deny you the service and do as you want.
