★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocos son los lugares donde te sientes bien recibido desde la atención de quien toma la orden hasta quien te retira los platos despues de una comida excelsa, guadalupes restaurantes carnes en sus jugos, complementa la deliciosa comida con eso, el excelente servicio de quien prepara todo el espectáculo de una buena comida jalisciense, me sociegaron el paladar con un buen golpe de entrada, una crema de tomate con fritura de maiz para iniciar la faena gastronómica, continuaron los golpes al estómago con la maravillosa torta ahogada, te la sirven con un conjunto de salsas, entre ella una que no tenia progenitora, una salsa de habaneros tatemados en aceite que solo realzan aun mas el sabor de la torta, la carne doradita y bien suave y encima unos encurtidos para sabrosear la carne aun mas, ademas de ser acompañada con la tradicional salsa para ahogarla aun mas. El remate para bajar el picor delicioso de la torta fue, nada mas y nada menos que una deliciosa jericalla, que por comentarios del host, preparada por la dueña del lugar, como lo dije y lo seguire diciendo, bien recibido desde quien toma la orden hasta de quien no esta presente para atenderte...
