★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio compre un boleto de chicago a durango Mex. Y me bajaron en cuencame durango me mandaron en una benz y mis maletas en el camion llego primero mis maletas. Y llego a durango y me mandan con un desconocido a vicente guerrero y me tiran en la carretera el senor sin darnos explicacion hay nos baja teniamos mucho miedo .
 Terrible service I bought a ticket from Chicago to Durango Mex. And they took me down in Cuenca, Durango, they sent me in a Benz and my bags in the truck, my bags arrived first. And I arrived in Durango and they sent me with a stranger to Vicente Guerrero and the man threw me on the road without giving us an explanation, there we were down we were very afraid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If these are express I don’t want to think about what the others are like. Left at 8:30am (Friday) from Denver heading to DGO. Over 25 hours now and can’t see arriving anytime soon!!! After being transferred to a van, now the driver is lost!! Now he is asking that my elderly parents come pick up because he does not want to go where I paid for. This is ridiculous!! Should not advertise direct trips when you CANT Deliver!!!!!!! Never again. If you take the bus be ready to get rippped off when crossing and not arriving at the destination you are promised.
