Buen buffet, aunque un poco diluidas las bebidas

Les falta más atención de los meseros, más calidad en los alimentos, ya que mi arroz está frio

La comida tiene buen sabor pero todo nos llegó frío, todos los platos tuvimos que regresarlos para que los calentaran otra vez. Los meseros no saben nisiquiera qué está en su menú. No regresaría.

From our visit 18 Feb 2022: We watched the construction over a year or so, and when it opened I told my wife "We have to try this place. Let's go on a Sunday for the buffet." We still haven't been to the Sunday buffet, but, we went last night (Friday) for dinner. The food was fantastic. We ordered appetizers, guacamole with platano macho frito and fresh totopos. We also ordered the enchiladas Potosinas appetizer. They were DELICIOUS. WOW. I ordered a Cuban "ribs and chorizo" soup which was exquisitely flavored, and the breaded mango fish. My wife had the Chicken Cordon Bleu. We ordered nonalcoholic "piñada" drinks, and a coke and an orange Mirinda. There was no shortage of food. The orders were very large. My mango fish... It was delicious, and filled me up. I was amazed that the piece of fish covered the plate from end to end. The filet must have come from a very LARGE fish. We sat outside, upstairs, enjoying a beautiful view of the Parochia, and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset I've seen in weeks. Our server was very conscientious of us, even to the point of keeping our ordered plates downstairs under a heat lamp until we were ready for each plate. Los Guajiros is definitely direct competition to the best restaurants in town. In my opinion, it is far better than Fuego Tinto on the San Miguel highway. It's located in an easily accessible place, no matter which direction you are coming from. From San Miguel de Allende, and from San Luis de la Paz or Pozos, take the libramiento from the San Miguel highway to the general hospital, turn right at the "T" and in a few hundred meters, it will be the wooden structure on your left. It will be a wonderful visit for you, guaranteed! We're going back to visit as frequently as we can. The menu is diverse, with a variety of authentic Mexican food, Cuban food, with Brazilian and Mexican style steaks, and lots of seafood. Go! Enjoy! 23 Feb 2022: I had the ribeye steak with chorizo, guacamole and refried beans. The steak was perfectly done, the size was 50% larger than I expected for the price. The staff is so amazing, tending to our every need. I would love to make this restaurant my regular dinner or dessert house. 2 thumbs up and 2 more thumbs up from my wife. Lovely restaurant.
