★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful shop with exquisite original designs in amber, silver and other gemstones. I looked at many jewelry shops in Oaxaca but this was my favorite. Visited several times before finally deciding, yet the shopkeepers were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the most amazing moonstone ring. All of the jewelery is made with 950 silver. Guapinol has a lot of variety in stones. My wife got a crazy fire opal. A must go in Oaxaca City. Lovely amber and turquoise pieces too!

I brought this stunning amber necklace that I was going to gift to a friend, but I ended up keeping it for myself, and going back for a second piece for my friend lol. Ana the owner is so sweet, we ended up taking for about an hour and she really took her time explaining everyone. Her pieces are so unique, highly recommend!
