★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no fueron nada amables cuando solicite informacion por telefono casi me cuelgan ...me comentaron que no se estaba dando información; lo cual es lamentable porque de esa forma cambia totalmente mi perspectiva eso me hace pensar que no tienen personal capacitado
they were not kind when I requested information by phone they almost hung up on me ... they told me that no information was being given; which is unfortunate because that totally changes my perspective that makes me think that they don't have trained personnel
