★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había visto buenos comentarios de esta guardería, y mi primera, y segunda visita, me hicieron esperar muchísimo para atenderme, y cuando preguntaba sobre dudas q tenia se pasaban "la bolita" para responderme, veía también que a las mamás las hacen esperar mucho tiempo para llevarles a sus niños, se supone que si ya saben a que hora van a llegar por cada uno de los niños era para que ya lo tuvieran listo para irse, y me decepcioné mucho por todo lo que vi y todas las actitudes que tomaron cada una de las que estaban atendiendo porque eran varias al menos 3 el ver que no existía para ellas no me quiero imaginar el trato que tendrán con los niños que cuidan.
I had seen good comments from this nursery, and my first, and second visit, made me wait a lot to attend to me, and when I asked about doubts I had "the little ball" to answer me, I also saw that moms make them wait a long time to take them to their children, it is assumed that if they already know what time they will arrive for each of the children it was for them to have it ready to go, and I was very disappointed by everything I saw and all the attitudes they took each one of those who were attending because there were several at least 3 to see that it did not exist for them I do not want to imagine the treatment they will have with the children they care for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis niñas han estado desde pequeñas en esta guardería pero últimamente tienen pésimo personal, se justifican en qué solo es una guardería y no son maestras , solo son asistentes sin alguna capacitación me lo dijo la nueva coordinadora de educación si me dice eso ! Cómo me debo sentir dejando a mis hijas ahora .. ? Exigen a los padres y entiendo pero quién les exije a ellos? Se supone que dejamos a nuestros hijos con la confianza de que estarán bien , pero si me regresan con rasguños ,sin pertenencias completas, que están haciendo ellos para que nos sentimos seguros ! .
My girls have been in this nursery since childhood but lately they have very bad staff, they justify themselves in what is only a nursery and they are not teachers, they are only assistants without some training the new education coordinator told me if you tell me that! How should I feel leaving my daughters now ..? They demand the parents and I understand but who demands them? We are supposed to leave our children with the confidence that they will be fine, but if they return me with scratches, without complete belongings, what are they doing to make us feel safe! .
