★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención de parte del personal, y no dan la información completa, mienten te dicen un horario y luego llegas y te dan otro, no comunican toda la información a los padres y te hacen dar vuelta con la documentación, y pésimo servicio a los niños ya que mi hija se contagio de piojo y eran unos pijos grandes.
Te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor malas ganas, como si no les pagarán por cuidar a los niños, no son "gratis" porque es un servicio de pare del IMSS que es algo que nos descuentan en los salarios, así que no veo porque no deban tratarnos de buena manera, eso no es ser profesionales.
 Poor attention from the staff, and they do not give complete information, they lie they tell you a schedule and then you arrive and they give you another, they do not communicate all the information to the parents and they make you turn around with the documentation, and terrible service to the children since my daughter got lice and they were big posh.
They treat you as if they were doing you a bad wish, as if they will not pay them to take care of the children, they are not "free" because it is a service from the IMSS that is something that they deduct from our salaries, so I do not see because they should not treat us in a good way, that is not being professionals.
