Pésimo lugar tube a mi nena unos meses hay ya hace tiempo y todo estaba bien hasta que cambiaron la administración . Ya que la señora Karla Álvarez que es la actual encargada de la guarderia le pegaba a varios niños incuida mi nena al momento de reclamarle solo se burló diciendome que nadie me creeria enfrente de algunas de las empleadas que al igual que ella no le tenian paciencia a los ñiños Yo me di cuenta porque mi nena se empezo a comportar muy raro ,cuando le tocaba que ella la revisara a la entrada le tenia panico,se me escondia. Y si tambien la llegue a ver por la ventanita que tienen en la puerta o tenian vi como estaba maltratando a mi nena la estaba jaloneando y como no dejaba de llorar le dio una cachetada y la sento a la fuerza . Le reclame r muy sinica la señora Karla Álvarez no me lo nego. Ya la denuncie ante las autoridades y el DIF pero al parecer tiene amigos en el DIF y no le isieron nada. segun se hasta la fecha sigue con la estancia .
