★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegí esta guardería por cercanía pero jamás imaginé que mi bebé estuviera en las peores manos, siempre me salían con una sorpresa, golpeado, mordido, me lo entregaban sucio, nunca aprendió nada, y siempre que reclamaba miss Juanita es la que daba la cara, la directora/dueña jamás fue para darnos una explicación de lo que pasaba.
I chose this nursery because of its proximity, but I never imagined that my baby would be in the worst hands, they always came out with a surprise, beaten, bitten, they delivered him dirty, he never learned anything, and whenever Miss Juanita complained, she was the one who showed her face, the director/owner never came to give us an explanation of what was happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi niño con sospecha de tdah le hicieron la vida tan imposible, por su total incompetencia (de la psicòloga y de las maestras) que tuvimos que retirarlo. En su página de Facebook hoy estàn hablando de Asperger, de la importancia de sensibilizar a la aceptación de la naurodiversidad, pero, en realidad, en mi caso, maltrataron a mi niño y nos maltrataron a nosotros por un transtorno.

On their Facebook page today they are talking about Asperger's, about the importance of raising awareness about the acceptance of naurodiversity, but, in reality, in my case, they mistreated my child and they mistreated us for a disorder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás voy a recomendar un lugar en que NO tengan personal suficiente ni capacitado para el cuidado de mi hija. Son congruentes en falta de cuidados bàsicos constantes para mi hija y en cobrar.
Al principio, tenían mayor cuidado y atención para el cuidado de mi hija. Después, me empezaron a entregar a mi hija sucia (cuando siempre llevaba cambios de ropa) y peor cuando en 3 ocasiones me entregaron a mi hija con golpes, uno de ellos en la cabeza.
Entiendo que siendo pequeños se pueden pegar, pero no hay justificación para que no me hayan avisado, que no le hayan dado atención médica adecuada y la Directora nunca habló directamente conmigo u otros padres que enfrentaron la misma situación para tomar medidas.
No es un lugar en el que confíe para que cuiden a mi hija.
I will never recommend a place that does NOT have enough or trained staff to care for my daughter. They are consistent in the lack of constant basic care for my daughter and in charging.
In the beginning, they had more care and attention for the care of my daughter. Later, they began to hand over my daughter dirty (when she always had a change of clothes) and worse when they handed over my daughter to me on 3 occasions with blows, one of them to the head.
I understand that being small they can hit each other, but there is no justification for not notifying me, that they have not given him adequate medical attention and the Director never spoke directly with me or other parents who faced the same situation to take action.
It is not a place I trust to take care of my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es solo fachada al conocerlos. Para cobrarte mensualidades sí son eficientes. Pueden entregarte a tu bebé sucio y mordido y no darte explicación alguna. El cuidado de la higiene y filtros sanitarios no son constantes. Consecuencias: ya tuvieron su primer brote de covid con varios niños infectados. Las maestras cuidadoras no son fijas, cambian de semana en semana. Se esfuerzan en ofrecer un ambiente pedagógico aceptable, pero están a años luz de lograrlo. Les falta muchísimo para ofrecer cuidados y entretenimiento de calidad al pequeño. Tuve varios incidentes más, demostrándome que me equivoqué al confiarles a mi niño. Prometen un servicio "excelente"... pero los rebasa la ineficiencia.

The caring teachers are not fixed, they change from week to week. They strive to provide an acceptable learning environment, but are light years away from achieving it. They are far from offering quality care and entertainment to the little one. I had several more incidents, proving to me that I was wrong to entrust my child to them. They promise "excellent" service... but are overwhelmed by inefficiency.
