Hace algunos días fuí a comprar una guayabera para regalar y lamentablemente no me di cuenta que estaba descocida de un costado, al regresar a la tienda para comentar la situación una señora bastante grosera en el mostrador me pidió mi ticket y comenzó a revisar la prenda y de manera muy grosera me dijo que olía a jabón y no me la iba a cambiar, le dije que traía las etiquetas de cartón intactas " obviamente no se había lavado ni usado" a lo que aún más grosera empezó a buscar pretextos absurdos como que estaba muy arrugada o que ese gancho no era de la tienda (mentira tambn)... me hizo regresar el día de hoy para que la administradora la revisara y no me sorprendió que me diera el mismo argumento de que olía a "suavizante de lavandería". Les dejo las fotos para que vean que no exagero. Que tristeza que ese tipo de actitudes y prepotencias no hagan desistir de apoyar el tan valioso y hermoso trabajo mexicano. Lamentablemente son estas personas las que obligan a que uno tenga que recurrir a instancias como Profeco para exigir justicia en las compras que uno hace!
The designs are incredible ... shame about attention and arrogance. A few days ago I went to buy a guayabera to give away and unfortunately I did not realize that I was out of the way, when I returned to the store to comment on the situation a pretty rude lady at the counter asked me for my ticket and began to check the garment and in a very rude way he told me that it smelled of soap and I was not going to change it, I told him that he had the cardboard labels intact "obviously he had not washed or used" to which even more rude began to look for absurd pretexts like he was very wrinkled or that that hook was not from the store (lie too) ... made me return today for the administrator to review it and I was not surprised that she gave me the same argument that it smelled like "laundry softener" . I leave the photos to see that I do not exaggerate. How sad that such attitudes and arrogances do not give up supporting such a valuable and beautiful Mexican work. Unfortunately it is these people who force one to have to resort to instances like Profeco to demand justice in the purchases one makes!
