No somos consumidores, somos personas, con historias, con necesidades, con miedos y toneladas de emociones. Un cliente quiere que lo comprendas, que entiendas su punto de vista, que le hagas la vida fácil, que no vayas solo a venderle… un cliente quiere que seas su amigo. De eso trata la fidelización; de emociones, de estar en el lado del cliente para ver todo desde sus ojos. Vamos a ver cómo se ve un proceso desde la perspectiva de la empresa y del cliente, por lo antes dicho los clientes no compran tu producto o tu servicio, compran la emoción que les haces sentir y el significado que tiene para ellos tener algo de tu establecimiento. Good Server yesterday I went to the premises and I realized that here we enter the heart of the Customer Experience: emotions. We are not consumers, we are people, with stories, with needs, with fears and tons of emotions. A client wants you to understand, to understand their point of view, to make their lives easy, to not just sell them ... a client wants you to be their friend. That's what loyalty is about; of emotions, of being on the client's side to see everything from their eyes. Let's see how a process looks from the perspective of the company and the client, so before said customers do not buy your product or your service, buy the emotion that you make them feel and the meaning that has for them to have something of your establishment.
