Les pedí que liberaran mi teléfono, me dijeron, sin problema, lo tendrían hecho en una hora y media,
Esperé 3 horas y luego les dije que me avisaran cuando estaría listo.
Durante 3 días llamé y envié mensajes con poca o ninguna respuesta.
después de eso fui a la tienda por mi teléfono.
Borraron todos mis datos sin preguntarme y no hicieron el trabajo que pedí.
y me devolvieron el celular sin un chip de memoria 32G.
si desea un servicio lento, sin atención al cliente y que le cobren el doble,
este es el mejor lugar para ti.
the worst experience I've ever had with any tech company,
I asked them to unlock my phone, they told me, no problem, they would have it done in an hour and a half,
I waited 3 hours and then told them to let me know when it would be ready.
For 3 days I called and texted with little to no response.
after that I went to the store for my phone.
They deleted all my data without asking me and did not do the job I asked for.
and the phone was returned to me without a 32G memory chip.
if you want slow service, no customer support and being charged double,
this is the best place for you.
