★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un reloj y un día amaneció empañado, lo lleve a garantía y la verdad muy amablemente el personal me ayudó, pero les estoy hablando del 10 Diciembre del 2019, hoy mediados de Febrero no tengo respuesta alguna de su gerente respecto a mi reloj, era cliente regular de esa tienda pero creo que lejos de la marca lo que se vende hoy en día es experiencia y la verdad me llevo una mala. No me han reparado mi reloj, ni propuesto un cambio ni nada, es algo que pague y tengo ya meses sin usar.
I bought a watch and one day dawned fogged, I took it to guarantee and the truth very kindly the staff helped me, but I am talking about December 10, 2019, today mid-February I have no response from your manager regarding my watch, it was Regular customer of that store but I think that far from the brand what is sold today is experience and the truth is that I get a bad one. My watch has not been repaired, nor has I proposed a change or anything, it is something I pay for and I have not used months.
