Hicimos compras 2 días seguidos y cuando estuvimos ahí, éramos los únicos clientes en cada visita de aproximadamente 1 hora y nunca vimos nada de afluencia de gente y ahora resulta que cada vez que llamamos o enviamos WhatsApp siempre tienen demasiada gente en tienda en la cual vimos 3 vendedoras, esto se me hace imposible ya que no son ni para escribirte que les des un momento o que en seguida te atienden, simplemente te dejan en visto siendo que ni en 2 semanas van 3 pedidos que en total suman más de $14,000 mil pesos. Ojalá alguno de los gerentes puedan ver todo esto, porque al parecer no soy la única que opina que la atención es pésima. Y hoy 21 de Abril del 2021 quise realizar otro pedido y me dijeron que justo ayer una clienta llegó a comprarles todo. ?
TERRIBLE SERVICE. We made purchases 2 days in a row and when we were there, we were the only customers in each visit of about 1 hour and we never saw any influx of people and now it turns out that every time we call or send WhatsApp they always have too many people in the store in which we saw 3 saleswomen, this is impossible for me since they are not even to write you that you give them a moment or that they immediately attend to you, they simply leave you in sight being that not even in 2 weeks are there 3 orders that total more than $ 14,000 thousand pesos . Hopefully some of the managers can see all this, because apparently I am not the only one who thinks that the attention is terrible. And today April 21, 2021 I wanted to place another order and they told me that just yesterday a client came to buy everything. ?

I love guess and all that. sells but in this outlet in particular very poorly attended. 3 people who were there, they did not help you, they did not give you prices and they had everything thrown away... a pity and we still bought but because we love Guess...
