Un ticket con un descuento del 20% solo para aplicar en diciembre y mi sorpresa que llega uno ala tienda y por que tiene descuento la tienda no te pueden hacer válido tu ticket de un 20% más

When making a purchase in good order they give you
A ticket with a 20% discount only to apply in December and my surprise that one arrives at the store and because the store has a discount, they cannot make your ticket valid for 20% more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una camisa y por temas de covid no te dejan probarlo en la tienda. Fui a mi casa me la probé no me gusto como se ve y pensé que Guess podía hacer devolución o cambiarlo por una gift card para en otra ocasión comprar algo que si me quede y me guste pero es demasiado inflexible las políticas. Ahora tengo una camisa que no me gusta de 900 pesos.
Buy a shirt and because of covid issues they won't let you try it in the store. I went to my house, I tried it on, I did not like how it looks and I thought that Guess could make a refund or exchange it for a gift card to buy something that if I stay and like it, but the policies are too inflexible. Now I have a shirt that I don't like for 900 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienda de ropa de la marca guess, todo bien acomodado, personal atento. Solo una persona de las que atiende no me dejó la mejor de las impresiones debido a que recurrí a ella por una duda y me comentó que no habia forma de que ella pudiera llamar a otra sucursal para ver si tenían la talla de una prenda. Afortunadamente otra empleada tuvo la atención de serciorarse y confirmó que si tenian existencia en otra sucursal.
Guess brand clothing store, everything well-stocked, attentive staff. Only one of the people she cares for did not leave me with the best impression because I went to her for a question and she commented that there was no way she could call another branch to see if they had the size of a garment. Fortunately, another employee had the attention to reassure herself and confirmed that they did exist at another branch.
