En mi caso a mi perrita solicite que fuera casi rapada, no me gustó cómo le dejaron la cabecita y en el momento lo cambiaron. Me entregaron a mi perrita en dos horas. Muy atentos, servicial la atención. Si deseas le ponen fragancia.
