I have no doubt that I have experience, however the day I went I was in a bad way being a bit rough drying my hair, I even left with a neck pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui 3 veces pensando qué tal vez podrían mejorar pero todas las veces que fui dieron un servicio como si no lo fuera a pagar todo el tiempo con mala cara. La primera vez no tenían terminal, y bueno entendí que son cosas que pasan. La segunda avise que iba un poco tarde que tal vez no podía llegar a la hora de la cita y me dijeron que no podían recibirme, y pues no dije nada. A los 5 minutos me regresan la llamada que SI podrian recibirme que no había inconveniente. Total, llegue y la chica que me recibió me hizo caras todo el tiempo, noté que hizo muchas diferencias en la forma que me trató a mi y a los demás clientes. Desde que llegue me di cuenta que daban trato muy diferente de un cliente a otro como si discriminaran a la personas por su apariencia (pensé que era idea mía pero ese día no fue la única vez que lo noté) .Hubiera preferido que me dijeran que fuera otro día a que me atendieran con esa actitud. La tercera vez que fui me hice un tratamiento de keratina, y ni siquiera me explicaron nada respecto a los cuidados y las precauciones que debía tener con mi cabello después, cada que preguntaba (era la misma chava de las veces anteriores) me daba el avión, mismo caso con el dueño del salón. Pues al final pague y pregunté y me dejaron en las mismas. En serio se sentía una vibra muy pesada y todos con actitud pésima. Para terminar, todas las ocasiones que fui nunca me preguntaron si quería moldear mi cabello o plancharlo. Realmente no les preocupó lo que yo quería solo lo hacían y ya sin preguntar. Cero recomendable ir. Realmente este salón no conoce nada de trato humano ni digno, menos atención al cliente. En serio NO VAYAN. Es peor salón al que he ido. Les recuerdo que ustedes viven de su clientela ??♀️ Lastima
I went 3 times thinking what maybe they could improve but every time I went they gave a service as if I wasn't going to pay all the time with a bad face. The first time they had no terminal, and well I understood that they are things that happen. The second warned that I was a little late that maybe I could not arrive at the time of the appointment and they told me that they could not receive me, and then I said nothing. After 5 minutes, I received the call that they could receive me that there was no problem. Total, I arrived and the girl who received me made me faces all the time, I noticed that she made many differences in the way she treated me and the other clients. Since I arrived I realized that they treated very differently from one client to another as if they discriminated against people because of their appearance (I thought it was my idea but that day was not the only time I noticed it). I would have preferred to be told that It was another day to be treated with that attitude. The third time I went I had a keratin treatment, and they didn't even explain anything to me about the care and precautions I had to have with my hair afterwards, every time I asked (it was the same girl from the previous times) he gave me the plane , same case with the owner of the salon. Well, in the end I paid and asked and they left me in them. I really felt a very heavy vibe and everyone with a very bad attitude. To finish, all the occasions that I went never asked me if I wanted to mold my hair or iron it. I really didn't care what I wanted, they just did it and without asking. Zero advisable to go. This room really knows nothing about human or dignified treatment, less customer service. Seriously DON'T GO. It's the worst room I've ever been to. I remind you that you live from your clientele ??♀️ Lastima
