★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increibla que siendo una empresa directa de la marca y vende refacciones originales los empleados no sepan identificar que refaccion es la que necesitas, te piden el numero de motor del auto como si los vehiculos no los hicieran en serie y fueran refacciones direrentes para cada uno de los miles de autos iguales que fabrican, muy tardados en identificar lo que necesitas aunque lleves la pieza dañada fisicamente, esto es por que contratan dependientes de tienditas y no gente capacitada en el ramo y con conocimiento de la marca, la refaccionaria patito que esta a un lado identifico mas rapido la refaccion requerida; ponganse las pilas.
