★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo para nada lleve una guitarra para calibración y rectificado de de trastes pero los mismos los dejo planos y no los coronó le hable para comentarle e inmediatamente se molestó, anteriormente había ido a comprar un pedal y al preguntarle si tenía algún tipo de garantía y si se podía probar el pedal se puso muy prepotente y casi me avienta la guitarra para que pudiera probar el pedal
I do not recommend it at all to take a guitar for calibration and grinding of frets but they left them flat and did not crown them, I spoke to him to comment and he immediately got upset, previously he had gone to buy a pedal and asked if he had any kind of guarantee and if you could test the pedal he got very arrogant and almost threw the guitar at me so I could test the pedal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui Raxz me trato de maravilla, platicamos, etc.
La segunda vez le lleve una guitarra a calibracion y cuando la recogi me dijo que el no me podia atender, que me atendia su esposa, cuando sali del local vi a este tipo paseando a su perro, sin darme la cara sobre el trabajo que realizo.
Al probar mi guitarra escuche que todavia trasteaba entonces le hable para que la volviera a revisar, se la deje y regrese a los pocos dias recibiendo la guitarra polvorienta y sin ninguna revision, le pedi probarla y al momento de estar probando el tipo se puso a hablar por teléfono, ignorarme y con una actitud altanera le movia los tornillos a mi guitarra.
Sali del lugar sin ganas de regresar, hasta que cambie su actitud y sea mas profesional con sus clientes
The first time I went to Raxz, he treated me wonderfully, we talked, etc.
The second time I took him a guitar for calibration and when I picked it up he told me that he could not attend me, that his wife was attending me, when I left the premises I saw this guy walking his dog, without giving me his face about the work he did .
When I tried my guitar I heard that it was still fiddling so I spoke to him to check it again, I left it and returned a few days later receiving the dusty guitar and without any revision, I asked him to try it and when he was testing the guy started to talking on the phone, ignoring me and with a haughty attitude he screwed up my guitar.
He left the place without wanting to return, until he changed his attitude and became more professional with his clients.
