At first it seemed that the service would go well. After receiving my guitar I think the service was terrible. They hit my guitar and scratched it. They didn't actually leave it to me as I requested, very high on the 12th fret, which was the original request: lower it. They filed the frets but in a terrible way, it looked like a third-rate guitar. Then they told me that another service was required and I paid for it too, thinking that now it would look good. They put other frets on it that did not level them, the guitar was freaking awful and worst of all, they left it equal to or worse than the 12th fret height, as I initially requested. When changing the frets, certain areas of the fretboard were peeled off. I have never owned a guitar with a pitted fingerboard. They changed my original bridge and I requested it and I am still waiting for them to call me. They really treat guitars like rock toys Terrible, terrible service. Ahhh and they never met the delivery times: The first time she had to go 3 or 4 times to see if it was ready, I called by phone and they couldn't give me a reason. When I went the first time past the delivery date they had done absolutely nothing And the second I had to go 2 times. In fact, they don't deserve a single star. Don't take your guitar with them because they are going to ruin it. Too bad of fame of mr. Raul.

Excellent atention. They repaired my acoustic guitar and it turned out very well, and at a fairly affordable cost. I asked them if they could give it to me the day before and they did. I asked them to show me a violin, and they showed me some very nice ones, I hope to return to buy one. Thank you.

Well, I bought a Fishman pill there and they delivered it to me two days later, no, all good ... Until they gave it to me, it took more than 30 minutes and the part where they made the cut was not sanded and they went so low where they put the sensor that now it fiddles (I had to go elsewhere that they charged me to stop messing) That same day I left another 6-string guitar so that they could put another pickup that I took on August 20, today is the 31st and until today they gave it to me 11 days later; saying that such a day was and in which it called so that the guitar was not, this if it was good. Bad service, badly done and dirty.

Excellent workshop, they are people who make instruments with the heart and the best quality, taking care of the sound, aesthetics and tuning in each one. I totally recommend this workshop, you will not regret it.
