Pedí de desayunar unos riquísimos chilaquiles rojos con chile guajillo, con extra de huevo, van acompañados de queso y frijoles negros y un pedazo de bolillo de masa madre.
Cuentan con café de especialidad y métodos de extracción. Probé un grano proceso Red Honey de la región de Chiapas en método Chemex. Muy bueno ?
Y manejan unos postres riquísimos de masa madre y pedí un delicioso Kouign-amann relleno de nuez.
Precios bastante accesibles y excelente servicio.
Fantastic cafe. The place is very cool and full of plants.
I ordered for breakfast some delicious red chilaquiles with guajillo chili, with extra egg, they are accompanied by cheese and black beans and a piece of sourdough bolillo.
They have specialty coffee and extraction methods. I tried a Red Honey process grain from the Chiapas region using the Chemex method. Very good ?
And they handle some scrumptious sourdough desserts and I ordered a delicious walnut-filled Kouign-amann.
Fairly affordable prices and excellent service.

A cute little cafe near Glorieta La Minerva. Staffs are friendly and attentive. We got to meet the owner and chat about the place, coffee, and food. You can see how much passion he has for the cafe and it shows in the quality of the food. They serve specialty coffee and we were not disappointed. Totally recommend to check out this place!
