★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the food tasted good but I was really disappointed by the portion sizes. We ordered a Caesar salad and calamari, these were not from the appetizer or side dish me yes however the portion size reflected otherwise. Maybe 4/5 pieces of small romaine lettuce and around 7-8 pieces of calamari. They should increase the portion for the prices they have on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food. Our served Ludin was very enthusiastic and very professional. The food was generally fantastic, and the atmosphere very good. The food took some time to be brought out but clearly that went into making the food! The tiramisu was very disappointing unfortunately, it wasn’t even a tiramisu but rather some sort of cream and chocolate cupcake. Send the chef to Italy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been to Cancun several times we love to try new restaurants and only go back to places that we love. This trip was a disappointment for our "new restaurants" around the JW Marriott/Hard Rock area, until the last night. We had not planned on going to Gustino because we wanted to try Sasi Thai again since we had not been there in 6 yrs. We decided on Gustino and it was by far the best restaurant this trip in fact probably in our top 3 places in Cancun over our 12 yrs of traveling here. Everything was perfect.. Drinks, appetizers, dinner, staff and the entertainment. The Violinist was an absolute treat. Playing classical to modern pop; truly amazed us. Our next trip next year, our first reservation will be at Gustino. Bravo Zulu to the staff...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG!! Absolutely the best Italian food I have ever had. Prices are way better than most of the restaurants in the area. Huge portions. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful violinist playing while you eat. Service was top notch. Best experience thus far for us in Cancun. Thank you for the fantastic experience and memories with my family ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious food and conveniently located within walking distance of both Marriott Resorts. This place was my absolute favorite from my whole trip to Cancun, it had a lovely ambience with the live saxophone player as well.
