Vicente Gutiérrez Flores fundador y director general de Gutiérrez y Asesores S.C. despacho de intermediación en seguros, con gran reconocimiento a nivel nacional, y uno de los productores más importantes para diversas aseguradoras; inició su labor como agente profesional de seguros en el año de 1970.
Fue en 1991, cuando oficialmente se funda la empresa Gutiérrez y Asesores S.C. con sus primeras oficinas en Presidente Mazaryk, se otorga a Vicente Gutiérrez el honor de ser promotor de seguros y con su experiencia en el ramo, atraer y desarrollar nuevos talentos para el sector. Además de continuar con la administración propia de su cartera; exitosamente se tuvo una trayectoria llena de premios y menciones; reconocimientos y honores por parte de la empresa aseguradora para la que en ese entonces trabaja Seguros Monterrey New York Life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es una opción pésima para los que quieren trabajar aquí, pues te hacen previamente como 3 entrevistas, una telefónica, después los psicométricos, después con quien va a ser tu jefa, misma que te hace pruebas financieras y de valores y si pasas vas a la final con el dueño del despacho de seguros el Licenciado Gutierrez a Torcuato Tasso. Si pasaste hasta esta fase, pues has tenido suerte, después quieren aplicarte un examen socio laboral, que no es uno socioeconómico convencional, investiguen en internet o con algún outsourcing, quieren ir a tu casa, sacar fotos por dentro y por fuera, entrevistar a tus vecinos y aparte la parte socioeconómica, yo de manera muy respetuosa hice un fuerte hincapié de que no autorizaba esto por invadir la vida que debe ser “privada” y nunca me contestaron. Por cierto chequen la oferta laboral en la imagen que dejo y creo que ninguno cumplimos con el objetivo de saber leer la mente, que es muy distinto a procurar anticiparse a las necesidades de la compañía. Por lo que si no saben escribir bien desde la oferta de trabajo, imagínate al infierno al que vas?. Ayer me marcaron diciéndome que habían contratado a alguien más, francamente me dio igual, ya que si otro ser humano iba a permitir esto tan denigrante, yo no, todos necesitamos trabajo, para comer y poder vivir lo mejor posible. Pero nadie debe vender su privacidad por ningún tipo de contratación.
