★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro viajar en el yosondua, son super cómodos sus autobuses, aunque el personal en la taquilla de la terminal en Neza son bastante groseros, nada que ver con su personal de Tlaxiaco que son todos muy atentos, pero, en general me gusta mucho viajar con ustedes. Los precios son super accesibles al igual que los puntos para abordar y descender. La terminal en tlaxiaco es muy amplia y la vista muy bonita. Los choferes son muy prudentes al manejar, puedes viajar con tranquilidad de que vas a llegar seguro a tu destino. Y puedes enviar paquetería a precios accesibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El autobús que me tocó las dos veces que viajé era sencillo y no tengo problema con eso, sin embargo en una ocasión se apagó y quedamos parados por media hora y con el temor que fallara en el camino, por teléfono y en la taquilla cuando compré mi boleto fueron cero amables y pésima atención al cliente, lo único positivo que podría comentar es que el precio es accesible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia, jamás vuelvo a viajar aquí. Fui a Tlaxiaco por un tema en especial y de regreso opté por venir aquí para ver que tal, ya que normalmente viajo en SUR y OCC. Y de las peores experiencias, el autobús hizo 9 horas en lugar de 7 horas, nunca se paró al sanitario, venía super lento el chófer ni se diga en autopista, la de taquilla con pésima actitud, no hay organización para abordar el autobús porque ni ellos mismos saben cual hay que abordar, no hay paqueteria en su sede así que si llevas cosas corres con el riesgo de que las roben y ellos no son responsables. Y hasta botes dan para que te sientes, los asientos incómodos. EN GENERAL HORRIBLE, POR MUCHO PREFIERO GRUPO ADO con su Línea SUR que no es tan costosa y viene mucho mejor que éstas unidades de aquí Yosondua
Horrible experience, I will never travel here again. I went to Tlaxiaco for a special topic and on the way back I chose to come here to see how it was, since I normally travel in SUR and OCC. And one of the worst experiences, the bus went 9 hours instead of 7 hours, it never stopped to go to the bathroom, the driver was super slow, not to mention on the highway, the ticket office with a terrible attitude, there is no organization to board the bus because neither they themselves know which one to address, there is no parcel service at their headquarters so if you take things you run the risk of them being stolen and they are not responsible. And even boats give you to sit down, uncomfortable seats. IN GENERAL HORRIBLE, BY MUCH I PREFER GROUP ADO with its SUR Line that is not so expensive and is much better than these units here Yosondua
