★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi motocicleta al servicio desde hoy para recogerla al día siguiente, hablé por teléfono y me dijeron que a las 5pm estaba lista, llegué a las 5:30 y aún no la empezaban y me hicieron esperar hasta las 7 para traermela y vi todo el trabajo que le hicieron a mi unidad, si se supone que hay una tarifa establecida de $425 por todo el servicio incluyendo las refacciones y al final me cobraron $500, los pagué para no crear problemas y que me hagan bien el trabajo pero se me hizo malo y muy abusivo con el cliente que no ve lo que le hacen a su motocicleta y estás pagando un servicio completo y me imagino que lo mismo hacen con las bujías, filtros y demás refacciones que se supone deben ser reemplazadas por qué sopletean los filtros de aire para limpiarlos y los vuelven a colocar.
Si tuviera que calificar su servicio le pondría un 6.
I took my motorcycle to the service from today to pick it up the next day, I spoke on the phone and they told me that at 5pm it was ready, I arrived at 5:30 and they still did not start it and they made me wait until 7 to bring it to me and I saw all the work they did to my unit, if there is supposed to be an established fee of $ 425 for all the service including spare parts and in the end they charged me $ 500, I paid them to avoid creating problems and for them to do the job well but it was bad and very abusive with the customer who does not see what they do to his motorcycle and you are paying a full service and I imagine that they do the same with the spark plugs, filters and other spare parts that are supposed to be replaced because they blow the air filters to clean them and put them back.
If I had to rate your service I would give it a 6.
