★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la semana pasada pedí información vía WhatsApp. Se tardan en responder, me atendió Marly, me dio la información, al querer agendar pregunte las formas de pago y de ahí no supe mas.
Leí las opiniones y en general existe discriminación. Definitivamente no me arriesgare a un mal servicio si su atención por mensaje es muy deficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizarme un facial y un masaje relajante, al momento de llegar te sanitizan y me parecío excelente, todo muy limpio; al pasar me acerque a la recepcionista con un poco de miedo por la reviews negativas pero la verdad todo muy bien, amable la señorita y me pidio pasar al beauty bar a esperar, ahí apenas me senté y una señorita se acerco para ofrecerme té, café y no recuerdo qué otra cosa de cortesía y me comento otras bebidas pero dijo que esas ya tenían costo extra. Pasó tal vez uno o dos minutos y llegó mi masajista, se presentó y pasamos al lugar de spa, muy lindo y el masaje íncreible. Lo único que puedo decir negativo es que el facial fue breve, limpio mi cara, me puso una mascarilla con la mascara de fototerapia, toner, bloqueador y ya, aún así mi piel se veía bien pero no creo que valga el precio; fue un facial de promoción ($500) y me imagino que por eso fue breve (unos 30 min) pero espero que los de precio normal realmente tengan más "pasos". En general buena experiencia y me dejó con curiosidad de probar otros servicios.

Maybe a minute or two passed and my masseuse arrived, introduced himself and we went to the spa place, very nice and the massage was incredible. The only thing I can say negative is that the facial was brief, I cleaned my face, put a mask on me with the phototherapy mask, toner, sunscreen and now, my skin still looked good but I don't think it's worth the price; It was a promo facial ($ 500) and I guess that's why it was short (about 30 min) but I hope the regular priced ones really have more "steps". Overall good experience and left me curious to try other services.

Mi cita fue 10am y mi manicurista llegó 30 min tarde, creo que tuvo un inconveniente, no lo sé porque no me dio ni una explicación, sin embargo su trabajo fue muy bueno, excelente aplicación y me hizo justamente lo que le pedí.
Lo de pagar por adelantado no me encantó pero creo que es una buena opción para asegurar servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done nails from the most expensive saloons and the most cheap ones but never faced cuts or bruises.at one time got blood in my finger due to inexperience of the worker.i don't want to be rude bit it is still hurting and the finishing isn't great.However the color she applied was nice.But you expect no mistakes from a saloon which has got so many reviews.i was feeling sorry for the worker but eventually I am Paying money and all I am getting is cuts and blood on my fingers.on the good note ,i didint knew spanish but they patiently understood me with google translate.i liked that
