★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí informes por teléfono y te contestan con mucha prisa. Quizás no es la mejor opción para principiantes. Tampoco cuentan con instructores. La mensualidad es cara y no compiten los servicios con los que ofrecen otros gimnasios. Una pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me inscribí xq me prometieron que los instructores te apoyaban y enseñaban hacer los ejercicios, pero cuando fui el supuesto instructor, como siempre solo estando atrás de las chicas y chacoteando con sus amigos.
La música es nefasta
Asistí hace un mes, solo duré una semana xq me lastime mi rodilla haciendo un ejercicio que el instructor Ángel no me explicó como hacer, me explico otro chico del gimnasio.
Esta muy padre que ya tengan una clientela establecida, pero esa clientela se nota que ya sabe hacer los ejercicios y usar los aparatos. Considero que seria bueno prestarle atención a los nuevos con intención de hacerlos sentir a gusto y que se queden, los expertos no se van a ir. La señora que esta siempre me prometió justo todo lo contrario a cuando llegué y pues, no cumplió mis expectativas y desperdicie 400 pesos.

Music is dire
I attended a month ago, I only lasted a week because I hurt my knee doing an exercise that instructor Angel did not explain to me how to do, another boy from the gym explained to me.
It is very cool that they already have an established clientele, but that clientele shows that they already know how to do the exercises and use the equipment. I think it would be good to pay attention to the new ones with the intention of making them feel comfortable and that they stay, the experts are not going to leave. The lady who is always promised me just the opposite to when I arrived and well, she did not meet my expectations and I wasted 400 pesos.

El entrenador Ángel es realmente atento, profesional y muy paciente, además, sus rutinas y consejos me han ayudado realmente a sentirme motivado y ver cambios importantes. Recomendado completamente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gimnasio es un lugar muy amigable para entrenar y las instalaciones son limpias y cuentan con todo lo necesario para entrenar cómodamente.
Ángel es un gran instructor, bien preparado y se preocupa por que lleves un buen entrenamiento, te guste realizar ejercicio si eres principiante como en mi caso y te vaya gustando el cambio que vas viendo. Llevo dos meses y realmente me gusta el resultado que he obtenido.
The gym is a very friendly place to train and the facilities are clean and have everything you need to train comfortably.
Ángel is a great instructor, well prepared and he cares that you have a good training, you like to exercise if you are a beginner as in my case and you will like the change you are seeing. I have been here for two months and I really like the result I have obtained.
