Terrible for the experience I had with the receptionist. I barely changed my house near this gym so I went to ask for information and a very kind lady gave me a card with 4 passes to try crossfit. All good in the first three. the problem is that on the fourth visit a man in his 50s, maybe 80kg and in a bad mood he told me that if he didn't sign me up, it wouldn't happen, even with the pass they gave me. Obviously I left immediately even with the intention of registering because I find it very unethical and professional this type of business that gives promotions and does not respect his word. Too bad for the staff that works there because the one who gives the multi functional classes from 9 to 10 at night works well but they are not the only option or the best. Stop giving your classes samples with conditions that do NOT inform and so we avoid this type of situations and wasted time.
