Los instructores simpre están al pendiente de tu rutina y claro, la motivación para poder lograr, el objetivo que uno espera alcanzar en un futuro no muy lejano.
Yo recomiendo este Gym para venir a desestresarte, conoser gente nueva y claro para poder entrenar tu cuerpo y darle un giro a tu vida rutinaria, a la cual estás arto en ocasiones, no hay mejor lugar para pasar el rato, un rato de lo más agradable.
Very pleasant atmosphere, always with the best care and professional advice for carrying out exercises or routines.
The instructors are always aware of your routine and of course, the motivation to be able to achieve, the objective that one hopes to achieve in the not too distant future.
I recommend this Gym to come to de-stress, meet new and clear people to be able to train your body and give a turn to your routine life, to which you are tired sometimes, there is no better place to hang out, a long time pleasant.
