Lo recomiendo, si quieres desestresarte, cambiar tu estilo de vida, tu forma de pensar, superar tus expectativas, dedicarte tiempo a ti, por curiosidad, conocer gente, motivarte a ser mejor, y porsupuesto tener un físico bueno, mejor, exelente, con el tiempo disciplina constancia y una buen plan de alimentación y ejercicio se logra
Para mí, más que un lugar de deporte se a convertido en mi familia
