★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes me prermito por este medio mostrarles mi queja hacia el centro Gymboree sucursal polanco debido al pésimo trato que recibí es más sería nulo trato ya que en mi primer cose de Baby lab nunca se me acercaron a mi ni bebé, así también cabe mencionar que para la clase de música muestra que iba a tomar qno se dieron el tiempo de avisar que iban a fumigar y el horario había cambiado, en fin para mi clase de estimulación resulta que el horario no era, finalmente la actitud de las chicas en recepción deja mucho que desear pareciera que no les importan nosotros los clientes, que pena que uno se vaya de mal sabor de boca de este plantel ya que he anteriormente fui clienta de la franquicia con mi hija de 5 años y por eso no me atreví a pedir una clase muestra a lo cual tampoco me la ofrecieron ya que conocía el método de enseñanza, de haberla tomado no me hubiese inscrito en ese centro, finalmente pedí mi cambio a la sucursal de bosques de Aragón la cual ya conozco y tuve el gran gusto de estar desde el nivel 2 hasta los dos años de mi nena. Esperando que se tome como área de oportunidad

Good afternoon, I hereby allow myself to show you my complaint towards the Gymboree center, Polanco branch, due to the lousy treatment I received, it would even be null and void since in my first Baby lab sewing they never approached me or the baby, so it is also worth mentioning that for the music class it shows that it was going to take that they did not take the time to notify that they were going to fumigate and the schedule had changed, in short for my stimulation class it turns out that the schedule was not, finally the attitude of the girls at reception leaves much to be desired it seems that they do not care about us customers, what a pity that one leaves this establishment with a bad taste in the mouth since I have previously been a client of the franchise with my 5-year-old daughter and that is why I did not dare to ask for one sample class to which they did not offer it to me either since I knew the teaching method, if I had taken it I would not have enrolled in that center, finally I asked for my change to the branch of Bosques de Aragón which I already know and I had the great gu This is about being from level 2 until my daughter was two years old. Waiting for it to be taken as an area of opportunity
