Despues de investigar por varios medios cómo podía conseguir el acta de mi familiar hice algo que me ayudo mucho, en la página del Gobierno del Estado de Veracruz hay un apartado que dice atención Ciudadana, mandé una petición ahí y su respuesta fue de aprox. 2 días, me contactaron de la ofic del registro civil para atender mi solicitud, agradezco infinitamente a las personas que estén detrás de ese apartado o pagina.
I've been dialing for several days and they don't answer the phone.
After investigating by various means how I could get my relative's certificate, I did something that helped me a lot, on the page of the Government of the State of Veracruz there is a section that says Citizen Attention, I sent a request there and his response was approx. 2 days, I was contacted by the civil registry office to attend my request, I am infinitely grateful to the people who are behind that section or page.
