La srita de registro civil se porto muy amable y me dio seguimiento a través de whatsapp, cuando fui a recoger el acta (una semana después de comenzar la búsqueda/trámite) el trato fue muy bueno, con los cuidados necesarios para poder ingresar al Ayuntamiento. Me entregaron mis recibos con las cantidades exactas que pague, el trato fue bueno en todo momento.
Experience in the middle of a pandemic: it required an act urgently, to avoid the trip, the search and the returns. The lady from the civil registry was very friendly and followed me through WhatsApp, when I went to collect the certificate (a week after starting the search / procedure) the treatment was very good, with the necessary care to enter the City Hall . They gave me my receipts with the exact amounts that I paid, the deal was good at all times.
