Antes era de un solo piso y de construcción sencilla (de las típicas de esta localidad) su techo de lámina y palma que eran muy comunes en construcciones antiguas.
Poco después durante la administración de la presidente Elizabeth Wong Nolasco 1977-1979 se remodeló a una construcción parecida a la actual de un color amarillo y negro y se elevó la segunda planta.
Fue en 2007 durante la administración del presidente Manuel chong Villarreal que se remodeló a la construcción actual, conservando la estructura original y solo cambiando la fachada a un estilo entre moderno y antiguo y así es como luce hoy en día.
Diferentes presidentes han pasado y cada uno a hecho su cambio a la presidencia, quitando o poniendo cosas, pero eso sí esperamos que siga siendo un edificio con historia.
The municipal palace of mazatan, located in the center of mazatan, headquarters of the h. Constitutional City Hall of Mazatan, is a building with a great history.
Before, it had a single story and a simple construction (typical of this locality), with a tin and palm roof, which were very common in old constructions.
Shortly after, during the administration of President Elizabeth Wong Nolasco 1977-1979, it was remodeled to a construction similar to the current one in a yellow and black color and the second floor was raised.
It was in 2007 during the administration of President Manuel Chong Villarreal that the current construction was remodeled, preserving the original structure and only changing the façade to a style between modern and old, and this is how it looks today.
Different presidents have passed and each one has made his change to the presidency, removing or putting things, but we do hope that it will continue to be a building with history.
