★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, me urgía la ubicación de un terreno de mi propiedad, eran ya las 11 a.m. y me dijeron que "eso" solo los ingenieros podían atenderme y que llegaban a la una de la tarde.
Bad experience, I was urged to locate a piece of land that I owned, it was already 11 a.m. And they told me that "that" only the engineers could attend me and that they would arrive at one in the afternoon.

La burocracia es tan grande que no les interesa dejar a la gente esperando todo el tiempo que ellos quieran.
Porque en las mañanas tienen que llegar primero a tomar su cafecito, y platicar tonterias y cuando se les antoja salen a fumar dejando a la gente esperando por sus tramites para regresar a decir que lo que estas esperando todavia no está listo.
Ahora la mejor excusa para la negligencia es la pandemia. Despues encontraran algo mejor.
Antes para entregar el titulo de propiedad de un terreno adquirido se tardaban meses, ahora se tomaron todo un año porque faltaban firmas.

Pues a que se dedican y donde estan?
El presidente municipal, El secretario del ayuntamiento y la sindico procurador? Que no podian firmar?

Bendita burocracia
Lo pensare muy bien para las proximas elecciones.
Bad service.
The bureaucracy is so big that they are not interested in leaving people waiting as long as they want.
Because in the morning they have to get there first to have their coffee, and talk nonsense and when they feel like it they go out to smoke leaving people waiting for their paperwork to return to say that what you are waiting for is not ready yet.
Now the best excuse for negligence is the pandemic. Later they will find something better.
Before, it took months to deliver the title deed to an acquired land, now it took a whole year because signatures were missing.

Well, what do they do and where are they?
The municipal president, the city council secretary and the attorney general? That they couldn't sign?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, at least the person I spoke to was awesome... had a problem with the measurements of a land my uncle bought and had already paid for measurements... he came from LA the person I spoke to said it will be taken care of today... ask for my phone number to call when they were heading that way... and about and hour later I received a call stating they had measure again and it was done... went to go check and right on they had measured the right lots...
