La Lic Rosa María a cargo de esa oficina, parece no estar capacitada para ese cargo.
Para nuestra desgracia ella llegó acabo nuestro acto civil en octubre del 2018 y es fecha que aún no estamos registrados y legalmente casados.
Escribió mal un apellido de mi esposa, no sabe que documentación llenar o como solucionar los errores, y mucho menos ha enviado los formatos para avisar al registro civil de Guadalajara. Todo mal y al parecer no somos los únicos con éstos errores, porque platicando con las gente que espera turno, nos damos cuenta que tienen la misma clase de errores en sus trámites.

Lic. Rosa María in charge of that office, seems not to be qualified for that position.
For our misfortune, she arrived at our civil act in October 2018 and it is a date that we are not yet registered and legally married.
Wrote a name wrong of my wife, do not know what documentation to fill or how to fix the errors, much less has sent the forms to notify the civil registry of Guadalajara. All wrong and apparently we are not the only ones with these mistakes, because talking to the people who wait turn, we realize that they have the same kind of errors in their procedures.
