Personal atento al cliente, se acercan a ofrecer su ayuda, pero te dejan espacio para que veas y si necesitas ayuda les puedes pedir talla o color distinto en las prendas y ellos te las localizan, excelente servicio!!!! Además de buenas ofertas en algunas prendas!!

Buen surtido, bonita distribución y acomodo de la tienda. El joven que me cobró en caja para nada amable, cuiden la selección de su personal, al menos en mi caso, aunque tengan precios competitivos o muy buen surtido, si la atención es así de mala prefiero no regresar.

La tienda es de un solo piso, no hay H&M Home. El servicio en cajas es lento, y hay muy poca pasión por el cliente. Por ejemplo, ayer compré 23 prendas y le pedí a una de sus empleadas si podrían resguardar la ropa en caja mientras terminaba de ver y me dijo:”no, por la pandemia no te podemos guardar nada y hemos eliminado bolsas de compra, tendrás que seguir cargando la ropa si quieres seguir viendo”, hoy fui a hacer cambio de 1 sola prenda, y su ayuda fue nula, alegaban que había comprado la prenda en su promoción 3x2 y que no llevaba las otras 2 prendas, cuando la que me quería llevar era la misma talla, precio y promoción, la otra no le quedó a mi hija como deseaba; una pregunta:¿no podían ellos tomar esas 2 prendas que me había llevado el día anterior y registrar el código? eso es lo que ellos querían, llevaba el ticket comprobando la compra, adicional sus frases de:”por eso hermosa, te digo que”, “por eso linda”, adicional antes había preguntado si había una chamarra en cierta talla y la chica fue a ver y jamás regreso a decirme la respuesta mx hasta que yo fui a buscarla. Y por último, le pregunté al cajero cómo funcionaban los 5,000 y tantos puntos que tengo en mi cuenta de H&M recompensas y su respuesta fue:”revísalo en la aplicación, ahí vienen los detalles”....

Good selection of various kinds of clothing. People at the checkout are barely friendly. Lots of staff standing around not helping the customers.
