★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel was not nearly as kind as I recall them being. It was until the manager offer us a promotion on our way to the payment area that we got a proper attention.
He was kind, respectful and really concerned we didn't get the attention with were expecting.
All I needed, was a commitment sales agent who could give me some ideas, pointers, and had the patience to browse upon my needs. After all, I'm buying my clothes here because I love their designs but we customers, (all of us) require a service that matched the store quality.
I'm giving this throughout review because I care for fair things. And also, due to the manager's kind approach. He is really the reason I'm giving this place a 5 STAR review.
ONE PERSON MADE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ULTIMATELY BUYING OVER $4,000 on clothes and been about to leave all my items and try on another store.
