DJ kept playing same songs over and over so boring! However, the servers were great!

Lost our reservation. Then charged a bribe in addition to a more expensive entrance fee. Drinks are watery and abut 300 pesos or $15. The lights and Dj we’re pretty good but there is not a lot of space

Not the usual tourist place and the music is the best in Cancun. Missed on my last trip but will be going this week Friday. Was there in July - I like Friday's better - seems to be a different crowd on Saturday for some reason. Service is excellent and bar tenders provide good service - blond bartender and her bartender partner - I think Raul are great and friendly. Bought ticket online one time but got cancelled for some event - their anniversary I think - told them I will just buy a bottle of Ciroc at the bar - that worked. More locals than tourists - I thought they were more friendly than the tourist. Music, sound system, service, and people are what makes this place so great - this is not the flip flop and shorts crowd - more upscale. You can dress casual but I didn't see people in t shirts and shorts - the women who go there dress to the nines but the guys are more casual - dress shirt and jeans. The only issue I usually have going there is the door man - always a hassle - sometimes I go alone - don't make assumptions about the person - I can well afford this place but I dress casual. Always "Do you have a reservation" - I don't make reservations when I am going alone - I am not getting a table but I may buy a bottle at the bar. The H Roof slogan is "Not for Everyone" and they are right but if you want upscale go to H Roof - if you want mobs go to the party zone. They also bring in top DJ's from time to time but I think the house DJ is just as good. Overall a great place.

I would give this place 10 stars if possible! I celebrated my bachelor party here last Saturday and we got the main VIP table on the stage which we paid $2K and it was worth every dollar! Doesn’t really get going until 1 AM but very sophisticated yet sexy crowd and ratio of girls was higher! Staff was very friendly and the deep house music was second to no club I’ve ever been to! This is not a tourist spot which made it that much better! Highly highly recommend

Best Night Club in Cancun. High Energy, Great DJ's, bottle service, Dress to impress classy adult nightclub. Great service with strict dress code and door management. No trashy people or so packed you can't move. Great Bottle Service!

Visitors beware!!! I was recommended this rooftop bar from the concierge at my hotel. The establishment was nice but the staff was unpleasant and racist. It is unfortunate that this is still a present issue, especially in Mexico when most natives are of color. To the owners and management team of the bar please educate and train your staff on customer service and respect towards others. This place is not friendly to Puerto Rican’s, Cubans , Dominicans or Colombians of color which was the majority of our group.

Very nice! The food and atmosphere was awesome. I will go back to Harry's and Porfirio's!!
