We booked H20H Sun Cruises for my best friend’s bachelorette party! We had the best time! Daniel, William and Richard were so hospitable, helpful and fun! The food was delicious, the snorkeling was fun and they made sure our drinks were always filled! Highly recommend!!!

UPDATE: spoke to the owner of the company and they refunded us an amount equal to the original 20% discount. The owner was super nice and apologetic. If you choose to book with this company, please make sure you get a detailed / itemized invoice at least 1 day before your trip, and triple confirm with the company that the final price on the bill is what you pay -- and that you will not be charged an amount greater than that. GOOD LUCK!! ---- Avoid this company at all costs. While the crew was super nice and the food on the boat was great, my experience with the billing process was an absolute nightmare. Due to poor weather (and inability to actually sail / snorkel), I was told I'd get a discount, but got charged an amount greater than what was agreed upon on the phone and what was on the bill itself. Spent 45 min in person trying to explain to the company that our agreed upon 20% discount was not reflected on the invoice. Instead, the invoice showed "10% off the deposit + 10% off the remaining" which obviously does not equate to 20% off the total. After almost an hour of explaining math, we finally gave up and paid for the boat to go on it -- the company did not give us back the time spent trying to figure out the billing with them. And then after all of this, when I checked my credit card statement, I ended up getting charged an amount almost $200 more that what was stated on the invoice -___- This whole billing ordeal was a massive headache for what should have been the best way to celebrate my 30th bay. Please save your stress and go book with a different company.

We rented the Pura Vida Yacht Sunset Cruise for our wedding welcome event in November 2021 and had an amazing time! The H2oh Sun Cruises team were very hospitality and made sure everyone had a great time throughout the night! The yacht was the perfect size for a group of 35 people and loved how we were able to shift from the outside to the inside of the boat! The only downsize was we were not given the opportunity to snorkel/swim in the water during our cruise because we were told it was too dark, which was a little disappointing since we paid for water activities to be included. Otherwise, the customer service and overall vibe was still amazing, and the Mexican lunch was DELICIOUS.

The crew was amazing and they made the planning process a breeze! It’s so appreciated how fast they were in responding to us in booking our group of 19. Food was AMAZING on the boat!

Jan 2022, booked a 4hr snorkeling cruise for 24 people. After getting shook down for an exorbitant tip, we won't use them again. Positives: booking was easy. Boat was large, accommodating and fun to jump off. Food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. Negative: they had 5 snorkeling sets available (advertisement said they had everything we needed but towels), the snorkeling location was calm but with nothing to see. Towards the end of the trip the lead host reminded that tip was not included in price. I let everyone know to tip. On the way off boat everyone put money in a box he was holding at the bottom of the landing. He came to me and said it wasn't enough and shook me down for more money. We had tipped around $400 in US already. I was so mortified by this, I would Never use this company again! Update 1/28/2022- I was contacted by the company after the this review. They stated they do not condone this behavior and refunded me the $300 tip money I put on my credit card. I am so relieved and grateful for their customer service!

Crew was absolutely wonderful. HOWEVER the entire booking process was sketchy. Due to strong winds we were not able to go out to sea, which is understandable. Rather than cancelling altogether we were given a 20% discount and we could still enjoy the time on the boat in a nearby harbor. They sent us a new bill that was exactly the same price as before and when we got to the marina we were told there were all these extra charges that “our booking agent neglected to inform us about.” We asked them to itemize the bill to reflect these extra charges and the discount but they refused. This is a very reasonable request in my opinion considering we are spending thousands of dollars. We walked through the math on paper and they kept saying we were wrong. We drove 40 minutes to the marina and had already paid a deposit so we just ended up paying the full amount but it left a sour taste. Even worse, they actually charged our credit card another additional $200 so we ended up paying more than the original invoice!! That doesn’t even make any sense. They were not transparent and kept blaming the third party agent. The boat itself was very nice and the crew was great so I’m sure it would’ve been a great trip if we didn’t have to go through this whole ordeal. However it is apparent from their behavior that the company never intended to give us a discount and was bent on receiving the full payment through any means, including lying.

Juan, Adrian, and Leo were AMAZING- they truly made an amazing experience even more incredible. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers with us. They were so attentive to my kids. They helped safely get them in and out of the boat. My daughter loved Juan- and he was genuinely so kind to her. It really took the pressure off of us as parents to know that we had multiple sets of eyes watching out for the kids. Their customer service and just overall guest interaction made the trip even more enjoyable. Due to some choppy water- they took us to a cove where we spent the whole day swimming in beautiful water. They always made sure we had a drink in our hand! The lunch provided was so good. It was one of the tastiest meals we had in Mexico. We would recommend them to anyone and we hope one day to be able to go again with them.

Had a wonderful time. A friend of mine got married at a local resort but he had the reception on this 80’ beautiful yacht. The food was incredible, the boat amenities beautiful and plenty of space and ability to utilize different areas of the yacht. You could jump off the top deck, party in the main room, or sun on one of the many decks. But what really blew me away was the the customer service. Jaime, Charlie, Barry, Angie, and Juan made it such a pleasant experience. They showed they really cared about everyone having a good time. They would frequently check on every passenger although just the right amount as to not seem overbearing. In a party this large with flowing alcohol you are going to have at least one person get sea sick. We did have that happen, they didn’t seem annoyed or irritated. They simply helped the person and cleaned it up discretely as to not embarrass or make that person feel any worse. We had some winds and thus waves but the yacht was steady and comfortable. I get the feeling that of all the things I’ll do in Mexico, this will be my favorite.
