Muy recomendable si quieres iniciarte en una disciplina de arte marcial oriental y buscas algo que tenga múltiples áreas en las cuales trabajar como espiritualidad, valores, moral, destreza física.
The best experience I have ever had, the people are very nice and the classes are dynamic and full of meaning. Highly recommended if you want to start in a discipline of oriental martial art and are looking for something that has multiple areas in which to work such as spirituality, values, morals, physical prowess.
