★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cierra a las 10pm cierra a las 9pm, aunque raramente el personal siguen ahí en sus celulares - solo que es mucho pinché pedo servirme una bola de helado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lástima que no mantengan un servicio uniforme y de calidad. Hice un pedido por uber eats y me encantó el freeze. Así que lo repetí. Quedé arrepentida. El segundo pedido no se parecía en nada al primero. Sin duda no tenía las dos bolas de helado. Estaba sin consistencia y poco sabor. Cómo saber cuándo lo prepararan cómo debe ser?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta los helados, pero el servicio es pesimo, los mesores no te antiendes si pasas a sentarte a las mesitas, hubo unos señores que estaban ahi, me comentaron que llevaban 15 min esperando y que mejor se iban. Tuve que levantarme para que nos pudieran atender.
Habia otra persona (no cliente ni trabajador) que distrae a lls empleados.
Y esto es complicado de explicar. Pero a lado de los helados esta el macdonals helados. Y la gente se metia a sentarse en las sillas de sus helados y no podia sentarme a disfrutar mi helado. Porque los de macdonals estaban sentados ahi. Estoy pagando el triple por el helado y es una servicio de haagen dazs y ellos no tienen ese servicio. Espero que los de haagen hagan algo ahi.

Because the macdonals were sitting there. I am paying triple for the ice cream and it is a service from haagen dazs and they do not have that service. I hope the haagen guys do something there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco caro a mi gusto pero si están ricos, aunque creo que hay mejores opciones, volveré un día a probar más sabores a ver que tal están.
A bit expensive to my taste but if they are rich, although I think there are better options, I will return one day to try more flavors to see how they are.
