★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disculpen pero el servicio que dan en en plataformas digitales es pésimo (por no decir peor). Ya van dos veces que pido por Rappi y no me traen lo que prometen: por ejemplo, hoy pedi un paquete de 3 panuchos y bebida, y específicamente decia que mandan cebolla guisada, salsa roja y limones... Y solo venia cebolla cruda y salsa... Además pedi dos tacos de PASTOR y me mandaron de chorizo sin tener la decencia de llamar y preguntar si estaba bien este cambio; pastor NO es igual a chorizo... Si no tienen esa carne QUITENLA del menú, no la ofrezcan y sencillo...
Espero que mejoren mucho su servicio porque hasta el momento aún no no se muestra su calificación en Rappi y si quedan en menos de 4 estrellitas, adiós s los clientes.
PD. 23 pesos en Rappi por este taco (foto adjunta) es una mentada de madre para mi como cliente.
Excuse me, but the service they provide on digital platforms is lousy (if not worse). It's already been two times that I ask for Rappi and they don't bring me what they promise: for example, today I ordered a pack of 3 panuchos and a drink, and specifically it said that they send stewed onion, red sauce and lemons... And they only came raw onion and sauce... I also ordered two PASTOR tacos and they sent me chorizo without having the decency to call and ask if this change was okay; pastor is NOT the same as chorizo... If you don't have that meat, REMOVE IT from the menu, don't offer it and simple...
I hope they improve their service a lot because so far their rating is not shown on Rappi and if there are less than 4 stars left, goodbye customers.
P.S. 23 pesos in rappi for this taco (attached photo) is a dream for me as a client.
