★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 54 year old Dad and 15 year old son attended the 8:00 class this morning. The coach was great. The WOD was hard. It was hot and humid but a great workeout. Coach is bilingual and explained the WOD is English and Spanish.

Really appreciate y'all going the extra mile and I look forward to seeing y'all again on my next cruise. Anyone coming to Cozumel needs to stop in and do a wod and grab a t-shirt! Awesome place!
