★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio tiene una excelente ubicación a menos de un kilometro de la playa y entre las dos avenidas más importantes de edificios para renta vacacional en Playa del carmen.
La arquitectura por diseño privilegia la ventilación e iluminación natural en todos los departamentos .
Los departamentos son muy amplios y bien distribuidos.
El roof top tiene 4 atmósferas diferentes que permiten disfrutar tranquilamente el espacio aunque el edificio este totalmente ocupado: Tiene una alberca donde se disfrutan unas increíbles puestas de sol y ademas tiene una plunge pool, también hay un área para comer o jugar cartas con los amigos y un sofá para descansar. Además un área con una excelente parrilla para carne asada .
Desde mi punto de vista es uno de los mejores edificios en Playa
The building has an excellent location less than a kilometer from the beach and between the two most important avenues of buildings for vacation rentals in Playa del Carmen.
The architecture by design privileges ventilation and natural lighting in all the departments.
The apartments are very spacious and well distributed.
The roof top has 4 different atmospheres that allow you to quietly enjoy the space even if the building is fully occupied: It has a pool where you can enjoy incredible sunsets and it also has a plunge pool, there is also an area to eat or play cards with friends and a sofa to rest. In addition an area with an excellent grill for roast meat.
From my point of view it is one of the best buildings in Playa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acostumbro ir varias veces a Playa del Carmen y lugares cercanos para vacaciones y trabajo, la verdad siempre elijo quedarme aquí por la relación calidad-precio aparte que tienen todo lo que un turista/o inquilino necesita en un lugar fuera de casa para sentirse en ella.
Las instalaciones son de buen gusto, cómodas y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, el lugar está cerca de todo lo necesario para pasar dos o tres días o un mes entero.
El staff y dueños del edificio son muy agradables y siempre están disponibles para recomendarte lugares buenos para comer o simplemente visitar.
I usually go several times to Playa del Carmen and nearby places for vacations and work, the truth is I always choose to stay here because of the value for money apart from the fact that they have everything that a tourist or tenant needs in a place away from home to feel at home .
The facilities are tasteful, comfortable and with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay, the place is close to everything you need to spend two or three days or a whole month.
The staff and owners of the building are very nice and are always available to recommend good places to eat or just visit.
