★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tienen de todo, es cierto, pero la atención no de las señoras y las chavas, si no de los dueños es medio deprimente parece que siempre que estan enojados y les urge que compres y te vallas, en especial el tipo que esta encargado de la de la calle Hidalgo, se le ve que no quieres nada con clientes si no solo el dinero, muy mal por eso.
They have everything, it is true, but the attention not of the ladies and the girls, if not of the owners is kind of depressing it seems that whenever they are angry and urge you to buy and leave, especially the guy who is in charge of the from Calle Hidalgo, you can see that you do not want anything with customers if not just money, very bad for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedo con la desagradable impresión de que para trabajar ahí, publican lo siguiente: "Se solicita empleada amargada, malencarada, grosera y sin ganas de trabajar". Porque TODAS están igual.
Llegué 9:15 AM, solo había otra persona y no me hacían caso, tuve que estar preguntando a varias por lo que buscaba, y todas me conteataron de la peor manera.
Una tristeza, porque es una tienda muy antigua y de tradición, y la única mercería de la comarca. Pero no vuelvo.

Pero en surtido y precios está muy bien, es ir con paciencia y buena actitud para que no te pongan de malas con las caras que te hacen y lo tardadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general buena atención, solo que en el área de estambres nos hacen hacer fila mientras hay gente que está siendo atendida en otro mostrador sin hacer fila, las personas que laboran ahí si atienden sin quejarse, pero no les caería mal sonreír si uno bromea sanamente con ellas. Casi encuentro de todo, excepto el otro día no encontré el estambre Tamm 2000, en muy pocos lugares lo venden.
