Después de un mes de estar intercambiando documentación con ellos, al yo solicitar un documento escencial que acreditaba la propiedad en juego, ellos decidieron cancelar mi proceso.
Unprofessional company, you have to be careful to verify that they really have the documents that support the properties they have for sale and rent. After a month of exchanging documentation with them, when I requested an essential document that certified the property at stake, they decided to cancel my process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como arrendadora operan muy bien pero como intermediarios deja mucho que desear, no por su servicio pero si por como se toman los gastos al final, dandole el poder de desicion y comformidad al dueño en lugar de hacer un examen de la propiedad. En mi caso el dueño de la casa me listo gastos que no se excluyen del contrato y de todas maneras se quedo el deposito por que no hay forma de obligarlo sin entrar en un pleito legal, si no tuvieran ese pequeño detalle al tomar estos casos seria mucho mas efectivo en la satisfaccion de los arrendatarios
As a lessor they operate very well but as intermediaries they leave a lot to be desired, not because of their service but because of how the expenses are taken at the end, giving the power of decision and compliance to the owner instead of making an examination of the property. In my case, the owner of the house listed expenses that are not excluded from the contract and in any case he kept the deposit because there is no way to oblige him without entering into a legal lawsuit, if they did not have that small detail when taking these cases it would be much more effective in satisfying tenants
